Q: If I'm interested, what steps should I take to get a vending machine at my location?

Your new machine is placed at your location, installed free of charge.
Q: What product selection is offered?
Typical food items. such as drinks, chips, crackers, cookies, candy, nuts, and gum. Depending on location, location owners have a say in product selection to ensure customers and employees food needs are met.
Q: How often are vending machines restocked and how fresh are the food items?
Vending machines are restocked based on location needs, the range is from every week through every two weeks. This routine helps keep food items fresh, sanitary, and stocked for our customers.
Q: What if my machine is not functioning properly?
If the vending machine provided arrives malfunctioning or over time starts to malfunction, please contact us directly by completing the work order form above.
Q: Are these vending machines being regularly cleaned?
Yes, vending machines are cleaned routinely to ensure sanitary conditions and clean products for our clients.
Q: Is there a long term commitment or contract required to do business with 2bz VS?
For smaller locations there are only contracts for expectations of doing business but no actual commitment to keep machine on location. For locations that receive qualified commission there are long term- contracts involved which also cover terms and conditions between parties.
Q: What forms of payment does the machine accept?
Our vending machines accept bills, coins, MasterCard, VISA, Apple pay, Samsung pay, Google Pay, Discover, American Express, and other forms of contactless pay.
Q: Will my business earn commission from 2bz VS?
Qualified locations can receive commission based on foot traffic of location. To know more please contact us directly and a representative will reach out to touch base.
Rental FAQs
Q: What payment types are accepted?
For rental services we accept cash, Zelle, Cash app, MasterCard, VISA, Apple pay, Samsung pay, Google Pay, Discover, American Express, and other forms of contactless pay.
Q: How can I reserve equipment?
Go to: Top Menu Bar-->Rentals--> Rental Selection--> Complete rental item request form

Q: Is there a reservation fee?
Yes we do have a non-refundable reservation fee for events reserved 7 days or more in advance of event date. This fee is separate and must be paid upon request for reservation.
Q: Is there a security deposit?
Yes a security deposit is required on rental of items. This helps cover potential damage and or loss of equipment.
Q: How early should I book my reservation?
In order to ensure there is availability of equipment, we typically recommended to book 2- 4 weeks in advance. We do take as well last minute- rentals based on availability of equipment.
Q: Is delivery offered and is it mandatory?
Yes we deliver equipment at your event for free if it is within 5 miles. We deliver up to 25 miles from business location for a fee. This fee is quoted upon review of event details. Installation fee is based on items rented and will be quoted upon confirmation of invoice. You can also pick up the items.
Q: When is the final payment due?
For reservations the final payment is due 7 days prior to your event date. For services provided 7 days or less from event date, payment is required upon request of services.
Q: What happens if equipment is damaged during my rental?
You are responsible for equipment during your rental period. Any damaged or lost equipment may result in a partial or full deduction of your security deposit.
Q: Do you provide attendants for rental periods?
Attendants are only available if requested in advance. This will incur a additional charge. Instructions for operation of equipment is provided upon delivery or pickup of equipment.
Q: Is this equipment for indoor or outdoor use?
Rental items are both used for indoor and outdoor events.

Q: What type of items do you rent out?
In a package we offer a popcorn machine, projector, projector screen, stand, speakers, popcorn tubs, and candy trays. Those items are also available individually.
